Christina was called to the Ontario Bar in 2006. She practices civil litigation with a focus in insurance defence. She is experienced in defending insurers with respect to occupier’s liability, long term disability, extended health and life claims. She has also litigated multi-plaintiff torts and class actions.  

Christina previously worked in a mid-size Toronto firm and has litigated matters in administrative tribunals, the Ontario Small Claims Court, Superior Court and Court of Appeal. She is passionate about litigation and provides her clients with a reasoned approach to litigation and file management.  

Christina left the practice of law briefly from 2018 – 2022 to co-found and lead a start-up called SP Nutraceuticals Inc. in their mission to create science-backed natural health products that target specific diseases.  Christina helped take discovery of bioactive molecules through patent protection, regulatory approvals, clinical trials and commercialization.  Christina led SP Nutraceuticals Inc. through the launch of two products into the Canadian market and facilitated expansion into the US market.

Christina graduated with her LLB from the University of Windsor in 2005 with a focus on civil procedure and mediation.  Christina has represented both Plaintiff and Defence in all levels of court throughout her career. 

Christina has been involved with Big Brother’s Big Sisters of Canada since 2006, One Spark charity for women escaping violence since 2016 and CLEW (Cambodian Legal Education for Women) since joining the firm in 2022.  Giving back to community has always been incredibly important to Christina.

Outside of work, Christina is a mom of two, avid paddle boarder and can often be found with her big Italian family making tomato sauce or limoncello.
