Charlotte completed her Bachelor of Laws with Honours at the University of Bristol in England in 2014.  In her final year of law school Charlotte received first class distinction in Evidence Law and graduated in the top of her class in Criminology, Employment Law and Trusts.  Charlotte began her articles with Bennett Gastle in 2016 and returned to the firm after being called to the Ontario Bar in 2016.

Charlotte takes a highly practical approach to her work, allowing her to address clients’ needs in a goal oriented and cost efficient manner.   Her confidence and reliability make her a dependable contact for clients as well as other members of the firm.  Charlotte enjoys a challenge and is always looking for new opportunities to develop her skills.

Charlotte is a passionate advocate for gender equality and human rights.  In the final year of her law degree she centered her studies on women’s rights, particularly female genital mutilation and the impact the law can have on eradicating these practices worldwide.  Charlotte is also a volunteer for the charity Cambodian Legal Education for Women and is a key participant in the organization of CLEW events.

Her interests outside the office include reading, spending time outdoors, travel, cooking and running.
