Chuck Gastle has undertaken analyses of Canadian innovation policy. The Information Technology Association of Canada retained him to undertake an analysis of Canada's 2002 innovation policy from the standpoint that it did not deal with an international dimension, as surprising as that may seem.

 

The resulting study was published by ITAC and presented to Peter Harder, the Deputy Minister of the Industry Canada. The study contains a great deal of original thought and is entitled: Innovation and Entropy within the Global Economy: Accelerating in a "Red Queen" Game.
